ICT-Architect

A new classification model has been developed through workshops, transitioning from a hierarchical structure to a flat, concentric navigation model. The website operates under a decentralized editorial model with approximately 80 to 100 editors across multiple entities. Each entity works with a designated super-user. The ICT Architect will: Support stakeholders in restructuring content. Define functional scope together with Informatie Vlaanderen and related entities. Translate functional requirements into wireframes. Ensure alignment between business needs and technological implementation. The environment follows Agile methodology and integrates with multiple government systems. Strong experience with content-rich platforms, metadata management, CMS Drupal, multifaceted navigation, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design is essential. Requirements · Provide architectural support for website navigation restructuring. · Define scope and translate requirements into wireframes. · Collaborate with web designers and stakeholders. · Ensure integration with other government systems. · Contribute to accessibility and usability improvements. · Align architectural decisions with enterprise standards. · Support Agile project execution. · Provide business-technology alignment proposals. Required Skills and Experience Must Have · Minimum 3 years of experience as a specialist architect in a specific domain or Enterprise Architect (Medior level). · Minimum 4 years of experience with Figma and Sketch. · Demonstrable knowledge of modelling techniques (ArchiMate, TOGAF, UML, Sparx EA). · Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level (mandatory). · Certified Enterprise Architect or Specialist Architect in at least one domain (infrastructure, application, security, data, process). Should Have · Experience within the Vlaamse overheid (minimum 4 years). · Experience with Adobe (minimum 4 years). · Experience with web accessibility standards (minimum 4 years). · Experience with Drupal CMS information modelling (minimum 3 years). · Experience with InVision (minimum 4 years). · Experience with Mijn Burgerprofiel. · Strong knowledge of business processes. · Knowledge of project management facets (cost, timing, coordination, planning, estimations). · Experience with wireframing, user-centric design, usability. · Experience optimizing applications for mobile and web delivery.
