Our client, a major public-sector ICT organization, is looking for an ICT Infrastructure Expert to support the design and optimization of control room environments within a mission-critical operational setting. The role focuses on integrating operational systems, visualization platforms, and infrastructure technologies into robust solutions supporting monitoring, dispatching, and security operations. Requirements · Perform infrastructure and system analysis for control room environments. · Design and optimize visualization and videowall platforms. · Work with KVM technologies to distribute video and data streams. · Integrate multiple operational systems and data sources. · Provide technical recommendations for infrastructure improvements. · Support implementation and deployment of control room technologies. · Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders. · Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer where required. Required Skills & Expertise Must Have · Strong experience with infrastructure technologies related to control room environments. · Experience with KVM technologies and video/data distribution systems. · Experience designing or supporting videowall solutions. · Experience performing technical analysis of IT infrastructure systems. · Experience working in operational environments such as monitoring or command centers. · Dutch language fluency (C2 level). Should Have · Experience implementing monitoring, dispatching, or security systems. · Experience integrating multiple operational systems and data sources. · Experience facilitating technical workshops and stakeholder discussions. · Experience delivering knowledge transfer or training sessions. · Engineering or technical degree (or equivalent experience).
