Key Responsibilities
In-Store Asset & Trade Marketing Management
- POS Asset Development & Distribution: Coordinate the production, allocation, and delivery of point-of-sale materials (displays, signage, promotional materials, visual merchandising kits) to target retail outlets.
- Store Execution Audits: Monitor in-store display compliance and ensure promotional campaigns are deployed on time and according to brand standards.
Field Team & Promoter Support
- Training & Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for in-store promoters; distribute training materials, briefing decks, campaign guidelines, and weekly updates.
- Roster & Logistics Coordination: Assist in tracking promoter schedules, store coverage, and basic performance logistics.
Data Consolidation & Reporting
- Sell-Out Data Tracking: Collect, clean, and consolidate daily/weekly channel sell-out data from various retail partners and physical stores.
- Reporting: Prepare standard weekly and monthly performance reports to help management evaluate campaign effectiveness and stock movement.
Department Administrative Support
- Maintain operational vendor relationships (e.g., print suppliers, logistics providers) and track purchase orders (POs) and invoices.
- Provide general administrative support to the Trade Marketing/Operations team as needed.
