Position Summary

Coordinates Peer 2 Peer request for medical services in support quality effectiveness of the organization's health care services. Handles provider calls Peer 2 Peer requests, researches, and enters member information into systems.

Required Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience working in the medical field in some capacity



Preferred Qualifications

- Call center experience is preferred,

-Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills



Education

High School diploma or equivalent GED.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $25.65

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
