India AR Delivery Hub Manager

We seek an ambitious and experienced India AR Delivery Hub Manager to oversee our centralized AR operations and guarantee smooth service delivery.

As the India AR Delivery Hub Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global AR processing across cash application, billing support, and credit operations. This role offers a remarkable chance to invent and successfully apply strategies that will compose the future of our AR services! What You'll Do

• Guide and manage India-based AR delivery team members working on cash allocation, billing support, and credit operations.
• Own operational performance, daily prioritization, SLAs, quality, cross-training, and backup coverage across India hub activities.
• Partner with regional and process leads to align service delivery and blocking issue paths.
• Build SOP field, work intake processes, quality controls, and reporting for centralized AR processing.
• Support the migration of transactional AR work from US/APAC into India while maintaining service continuity.
• Seek ways to improve procedures, automate tasks, expand capacity, and establish consistency.
• Facilitate automation adoption within the India AR Delivery Hub, including standardized workflows, efficiency reporting, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with regional AR leaders to identify repeatable work suitable for AI-enabled automation and centralized processing controls.

What We Are Seeking

• Experience managing AR, shared services, BPO, finance operations, or order-to-cash teams.
• Strong knowledge of cash application, billing, credit support, SLAs, and operational controls.
• Experience managing multi-region collaborators and offshore/onshore service delivery.
• Strong people leadership, process management, and communication skills.
• Comfort using approved AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, dashboards, and standard efficiency applications to improve process accuracy, reporting, and scalability.
