Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Handyman / Home Service Technician to perform a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and home safety projects. The ideal candidate is skilled, professional, reliable, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general home repairs and maintenance with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Complete projects including carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, painting, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
  • Install safety and accessibility modifications to support seniors aging in place.
  • Deliver respectful, customer-focused service in every home.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Represent TruBlue as a trusted, empathetic Home Service Ally.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of handyman or residential home repair experience.
  • Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical (basic level).
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
