Industrial Skills Trainer - Computer

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Industrial Skills Trainer – Computer to deliver technical training programs and practical learning sessions in computer and technology-related disciplines. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training content, workshops, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or related technology areas, along with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational training needs and objectives.
• Deliver engaging technical learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, and digital learning methods.
• Develop and deliver training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using appropriate learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge and technical backgrounds.
• Facilitate classroom and practical training sessions while maintaining strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Adapt training approaches and learning methods based on participant needs and varying levels of technical understanding.
• Apply strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills when delivering training programs.
• Address technical challenges and respond effectively to participant requirements during training sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or another technology-related field.

3–5 years of practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other relevant technology areas.

Strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more relevant technology areas, including IT, AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Programming.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge.

Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments.

Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills.

Relevant industry-recognized technical certifications in AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other applicable technology domains are preferred.
