Information Architect

We’re looking for an Information Architect to join us at Telia.
 

I’m Åsa Boffardi, Head of Business Intelligence, and I am searching for an Information Architect to join us at Telia Sweden B2B. 

In this role you will be a key interface between the business and IT. The role focuses on defining and governing business‑level information used across analytics, reporting, AI, and decision‑making, and driving adoption of the information model across processes, channels, and solutions. It is not a technical IT Architect role and does not involve system design or implementation.

What you’ll do: 

• Create a structured information model and terminology that ensures one shared truth across the B2B organization.
• Create information transparency and enable data driven decision making.
• Consult with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignment and prioritization across��customer expectations, business needs and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to support implementation and integration.

What will help you thrive in this role: 

You have strong business acumen and can create clarity in complex, ambiguous environments. You are a pragmatic problem-solver, comfortable taking ownership, challenging existing practices constructively, and balancing long‑term data integrity with short‑term business needs. You are a strong communicator with a drive to standardize, simplify, and drive change.

• Prior experience working as an Information Architect.
• Prior experience in information modelling from a business perspective.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements on IT architecture and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (both verbal and written).
• Experience from complex B2B environments involving CRM, analytics, or performance reporting (advantage).
• Experience defining and aligning shared “one truth” data models across teams (advantage).
