3. Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders (Network TIPMs, GND planners, AWS Transportation, vendor management, cabling vendors, DCEO, Colo, and DCO teams) to ensure on-time project delivery.
4. Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
5. Manage team capacity, hiring, onboarding, and development to support organizational growth and delivery commitments.

A day in the life
Your day starts with your team of deployment Managers and builders across the region. You move between coaching on complex projects, unblocking cross-functional dependencies, and driving improvements in how we plan and deploy infrastructure. You partner closely with Network TIPMs, AWS Transportation, vendor management, cabling vendors, DCEO, Colo providers, and DCO to keep capacity delivery on track. Some days take you on-site to validate deployment quality first hand and meet key stakeholders.
