We’re seeking a motivated, senior-level security professional to lead our Email & Collaboration Security program. Reporting to the Infrastructure Security Manager, this individual contributor role will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of DLP and email governance standards. You’ll need to be a self-starter who can identify security gaps, develop solutions, and collaborate across teams—with support from leadership and peers.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Developing messaging & collaboration security standards and guidelines. Manage security policies for various Email security and DLP solutions.
  • Manage and maintain email security and DLP tools.
  • Work closely with various teams (e.g., SOC, Systems, Compliance) to implement security measures and ensure consistent application of security policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of email & collaboration security configurations, policies, and procedures. Provide regular reports on security posture and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

What you’ll need to be successful: 

Must Haves: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a dedicated security role
  • Proven experience managing email security appliances in a high-volume environment
  • University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of email security principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g., DKIM, DMARC, SPF).
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing email security appliances and tools from major vendors (e.g., Proofpoint, Abnormal, Sophos, Barracuda, Cisco).
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing DLP solutions across email, instant messaging and cloud storage/sharing.
  • Experience scripting and parsing information in Python/BASH/GoLang 

Nice to Have: 

  • Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc
