Key Responsibilities
The Infusion Manager provides clinical and operational leadership for clinical practice across the infusion department. This role directly supervises site Supervisors and collaborates closely in setting, implementing, and sustaining high clinical standards across all infusion sites serving both oncology and non-oncology patients. The Infusion Manager ensures safe, evidence‑based, compassionate care for oncology and non‑oncology patients while advancing quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, nursing professional development, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
This role blends strong clinical expertise with business acumen to drive performance, consistency, and excellence across sites.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of 99-149,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
