Optimize molding parameters to achieve quality production. Troubleshoot molding defects and machine issues. Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams. Maintain production records and process documentation. Support continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Skills Injection molding machine setup and operation. Polymer and plastic material knowledge. Troubleshooting molding defects. Process parameter optimization. Quality inspection and production monitoring. Preferred Skills Mold maintenance knowledge. Lean manufacturing practices. Preventive maintenance coordination. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess experience in injection molding machine operation, process setup, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment. Typical experience for this role is 3–7 years in plastics or polymer manufacturing.
