POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for execution of Medical Education projects. This will entail strategic thinking and project management around the programs created within medical education group or Medical Affairs. This includes liaising with thought leaders, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders in order to drive medical education initiatives.

EDUCATION :
Required: BA/BS
Desirable: MA/MS/MBA , Doctorate
RELATED EXPERIENCE :
Prefer 3-4 years related industry experience and with competency in any scientific role. Background should include a strong record of leadership, professional advancement and accomplishments.
Experience with complex business environments preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sales, marketing, medical affairs, clinical development
Experience with customer relationship management is required (thought leader development, speaker bureau management, clinical training, etc)

Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel in a cross-functional team environment
Advanced presentation skills and business acumen as a necessity
