Advocate Sherman Hospital is an acute community hospital in Elgin that has provided high-quality care to Chicago's northwest suburbs since 1888. The hospital features a Level II Trauma Center; it sees more than 60,000 emergency room visits, delivers over 1,700 babies and performs more than 10,000 surgeries annually. Supported by four immediate care centers and 12 Advocate Medical Group sites, Advocate Sherman provides more than 325,000 outpatient visits per year.

Actual compensation offered in the Pay Range of $30.70-$46.05 for a Social Worker or $38.20 - $57.30 for Care Manager RN and will be based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience and/or training and internal equity.
