Overview
You will be joining the Institutional Client Group (ICG) Chief Operations Officer (COO) group, which supports the team which manages the Bank's relationships with institutional clients across the Fixed Income product suite. ICG facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of Fixed Income and Currencies product suite and financing to institutional clients, including financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds.
ICG COO is looking for a Sales Business Manager/COO focused on the US Flow Credit Sales Complex in the US. You will work closely with the ICG Americas COO to support on driving the client strategy including client reviews, strategy decks, initiative tracking and revenue forecasting & reporting.

What You’ll Do
Support the US Flow Credit Sales Team as Business Manager on items such as day-to-day coverage, client strategy & presentations, revenue forecasting/reporting & analysis, deal pipeline management, etc
Partnering with HR, compliance, business continuity and infrastructure functions on items like new team member onboarding, controls, remediation items and operational issues
Drive client and spend profitability analyses within the Credit complex to ensure correct resource allocation to appropriate clients
Managing Americas teams overall Direct Adjusted Cost Base spend on items such as Time & Expense and events. Manage processes around cost & headcount on behalf of global COO for Credit Coverage within ICG
Partner with global Co-heads of Credit Coverage on strategic initiatives and strategy decks
Prepare updates & business review presentations for senior management. Help drive communication across desks. Participate in working groups for bank wide strategic initiatives
Skills You’ll Need
Strong Project Management skillset with proven record of owning and delivering on tasks
Background in Markets or Corporate Bank products a plus
Familiarity with Deutsche Bank- specifically internal processes, Business Management, Finance or controls
Advanced with respect to quantitative skills and have the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $140,000 to $170,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
