Instrument Trainer / Oil & Gas

One of the Well-known Companies in Oile and Gas sector in Oman is looking to hire the following : Position : Instrument Trainer / Oil & gas . Males only . Experience: Min 5 year experience in Oil filed, preferably in a Refinery. Teaching / Training experience: Min 3 years Language: Fluent in English. Requirements Min. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, instrumentation or a related field. Previous experience as a Instrument instructor or trainer. for 5-10 years 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance. Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory conducted the classroom and on job training as per the program design and structure. This include conducting assessment and examination Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books Effective communication and interpersonal skills. prepare training plan/schedule , training reports, etc
