The Nathan Bowers Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team in Holland.

Insurance experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, and support to help you develop your skills and build a successful career.
As an Insurance Advisor, you'll help individuals and families understand their coverage options and find solutions that fit their needs.
Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and follow-up
Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional protection
Manage leads and follow-ups through our CRM
Work toward individual and agency sales goals
You don't need an insurance background to succeed here. We're looking for someone who:
Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
Is motivated by goals and earning potential
Is confident, persistent, and comfortable hearing "no"
Takes coaching well and wants to improve
Is dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
Has sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Holds a Property & Casualty license or is willing to obtain one
Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions
