Intake Specialist Behavioral Health FT Days

HPH is seeking an experience Behavioral Health Intake Specialist to join our team. Previous Behavioral Health is required. Under the direction of the Behavioral Health Director, the Intake Specialist collaborates with all internal and external customers in an effort to meet the needs of persons seeking Behavioral Medicine Services. The Intake Specialist manages all aspects of the referral/intake process from the initial request through to disposition of the referral.
