Integrated Client Lead (3 month FTC)

The Global Client Lead is responsible to create best in class media product leveraging the full strength of our global media network and capabilities as well as broaden opportunities to delight global and local clients.  

This is a pivotal role that combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and commercial acumen to drive growth for both the client and Dentsu.

• Oversee brand teams both globally and locally

• Support business and marketing transformation by constantly evolving our services and upgrading our operating model to deliver growth for both the client and dentsu

• Develop and deliver the annual business plan for the client. Identifies growth opportunities for the client’s business and our product offerings.

• Work across practices and teams to build out and execute an integrated growth solutions for the client.

• Partner with dentsu’s practices (creative, media, customer experience, business transformation and data+technology) to bring in the breadth of dentsu’s network capabilities to bear.

• Develops relationships with the most senior clients through a deep understanding of the brand and an ability to shape a clear roadmap to deliver on their growth ambition

• Expertly navigates the contract which is negotiated at the global level

• Develops the client business and deliver agreed financial targets

• Increases client base through more targeted and effective new business

• Provides specialist technical advice on subject areas and proactively involves, and works with, specialist teams when required

• Puts data and technology at the heart of client solutions and always pioneer new approaches for a demanding client

• Direct line management of small Global team employees + indirect management and influencing of client leads within priority markets

• Manage, influence and collaborate with local market teams

Professional Skills:

• Direct management experience: 10+ years

• Account leadership: 8+ years

• International/global experience: 10+ years

Proven expertise in:

• Global commercial and business development

• Global network and operations management

• Digital, data and performance marketing

• Media planning and activation

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

• Strategic mindset with commercial acumen

• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
