ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Integration Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving seamless ERP integrations and resolving technical challenges for Siteline’s customers. You’ll lead the technical implementation process for new customers and provide ongoing technical support for existing customers, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Additionally, you will develop and maintain detailed, customer-facing documentation while collaborating across teams to improve processes and enhance our integration capabilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy solving complex problems, this role is for you.
This role is remote anywhere in the US. You’ll be asked to visit the SF office about twice a year to collaborate in-person with the SWE team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for integration-related support, performing root cause analysis on complex integration issues, troubleshooting data flow issues, resolving configuration errors, and escalating bugs to Engineering when necessary
- Manage complex migrations: Lead data migrations and system transitions when needed, monitoring for sync issues
- Collaborate with Customer Success: When Customer Success Managers (CSMs) need technical help during implementation, migration, or support, provide hands-on support to get integrations working
- Collaborate with Engineering: Report bugs clearly with full context; ensure smooth handoffs and feedback loops. The ideal candidate wants to grow into more and more ownership of the technical aspects.
- Build & maintain documentation: Create technical guides, troubleshooting resources, and runbooks for CSMs, support, and engineering teams.
- Support pre-sales initiatives by assisting with technical discovery and answering integration-related questions during calls with prospects

- Ability to proactively tackle challenges and deliver solutions with minimal reliance on Engineering. Technically curious and comfortable debugging, with an interest in improving your technical skills
