Job Description:

Position: Intermediate AE中级应用工程师
 

Summary:
Global Job Summary: Engineer’s responsibilities include defining and debugging analog IC products, developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training. Products are analog / mixed-signal IC’s and may include: power management, signal management and analog functions. 该职位的主要职责包括定义和调试模拟IC产品, 设计参考电路, 撰写产品规格书, 应用设计手册并且给客户提供技术培训与支持。涉及的IC芯片包括模拟及混合信号IC, 具体包括功率管理, 信号管理IC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Work with design engineers, field applications and marketing team to define and debug analog IC products; 跟IC设计工程师，现场应用及市场团队合作，定义并调试模拟IC；
2.    Evaluate new products and generate reports; 评估新产品并撰写测试报告；
3.    Develop application reference circuits; 设计应用参考线路图；
4.    Write datasheets, application notes, design notes; 撰写产品规格书，应用设计手册；
5.    Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers. 向现场应用工程师及主要客户提供技术支持和技术培训。

REQUIREMENTS:
1.    MSEE or equivalent with 1+ years or bachelor degree with 3+ years of Analog / Mixed–Signal IC experience; 应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历，1年以上模拟或混合信号IC相关工作经验。或者本科学历3年以上相关工作经验； 
2.    Experienced in ACDC power module design, debug, production, and certification; 熟悉ACDC电源模块设计、生产、认证的规范和流程；
3.    Possess hardware implementation skills; 良好的硬件电路实现，调试能力；
4.    Proficient in analyzing analog and power electronic circuit, familiar with control theories and methods; 具备良好的分析模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力，熟悉相关控制理论和方法；
5.    Familiar with MCU and DSP, proficient in C Programming Language; 熟悉MCU及DSP的使用，熟练掌握C语言；
6.    Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; 良好的沟通，撰写及做报告的能力；
7.    Good English communication and writing skills; 良好的英语沟通及书写能力；
8.    Work experience in the switching power supply industry is preferred. 开关电源行业相关工作经验者尤佳。
