We are looking for a Program Associate – Community Management to build an engaging and vibrant counselor community by driving learning initiatives, fostering relationships, and creating valuable opportunities for counselors across the country.
Role Overview
The Program Associate – Community Management will be responsible for planning and executing community engagement initiatives, coordinating university and industry interactions, supporting counselor retention, driving business and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the counselor journey.
iDC One Support
- Help counselors understand and use the iDC One platform.
- Assist counselors in setting up their iDC One profiles and websites.
- Support counselors in purchasing assessment codes and using platform features.
- Respond to basic platform queries and coordinate with the team for issue resolution.
- Track platform usage and follow up with counselors to encourage adoption.
Community Engagement
- Assist in organizing webinars, online sessions, and community events.
- Coordinate with counselors for registrations, reminders, and participation.
- Help moderate community groups and encourage discussions.
- Collect feedback from counselors after events.
Learning & Events
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions and masterclasses.
- Coordinate with speakers and trainers before and during sessions.
- Prepare attendance reports and share learning resources with participants.
University & Partner Coordination
- Assist in coordinating university visits and virtual interactions.
- Support event logistics and communication with partner institutions.
- Maintain records of university and partner engagements.
Counselor Support
- Maintain regular communication with counselors.
- Help track counselor participation in training, events, and projects.
- Assist in creating recognition posts and community updates.
Communication & Documentation
- Draft emails, WhatsApp messages, newsletters, and event announcements.
- Maintain event records, attendance sheets, and reports.
- Update trackers and dashboards with community activity data.
Eligibility
- Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in education, career guidance, or community management.
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable coordinating with people over calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Eager to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
