Job Description

​​​​​​💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Corporate Communications Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in communications, content creation, and project management. As an Intern, Data Analyst, Operations & Automation you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

1. Analyze Asia Pacific Customer Backlog (CBL) data and perform data validation to ensure quality and improve order fulfillment rates.
2. Write and optimize complex SQL queries (CTEs, Window functions, JOIN operations) for data extraction and transformation from SAP systems.
3. Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, including optimizing SQL scripts and DAX measures for Order To Cash (O2C) processes.
4. Develop Python scripts to automate manual data transformation processes and streamline operations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, align on objectives, and deliver data analysis solutions on schedule.
6. Provide technical support for dashboards, troubleshoot data issues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Able to work full time for a period of 7 months (01.12.2026 to 30.06.2027)
• Undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, preferably with Excel Macros experience
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python (required)
