[What you will be working on]
• Conduct site inspections on State properties
• Perform data analysis
• Administrative process for tenancy and maintenance-related matters
[What we are looking for]
- Students with background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Meticulous and customer focused
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Has great attention to details and can multi-task
- Preferably able to commit from November 2026 to March 2027 or November 2026 to April 2027 for this internship.
