About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Internal Sales & Store team member to join our Kalgoorlie branch.

This is a primarily internal sales and administration-focused role, supporting customers by phone and email while assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch. You will also provide light stores support as required, including assisting with stock and customer collections.

You will be a key point of contact for customers, providing responsive service, accurate product information, and practical support.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Provide product, pricing, stock availability and delivery information
• Process sales orders, quotations and general sales administration
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Support account and order enquiries in line with branch processes
• Provide general administration support to the branch team
• Assist with light stores duties, including customer collections, stock handling and maintaining an organized store area
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality and company procedures

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, administration, and/or warehouse operations.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Confidence using computers, including Outlook and business systems
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A current driver’s license
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic products would be advantageous, but is not essential
• A willingness to learn, participate in training and contribute positively to the team
• A strong commitment to workplace health, safety and quality standards
