Welcome to Keyrus's Top 1% Interns Program! As an intern, you will begin architecting your own professional journey — immersing yourself in real technology consulting projects, learning directly from experienced professionals, and applying your academic knowledge in practical, high-impact environments. This is not a program that hands you tasks; it's a launchpad where your curiosity, effort, and dedication actively shape the tools, frameworks, and client relationships you'll be part of.

You will:

• Collaborate on innovative projects, applying theoretical knowledge in practical, real-world environments

• Actively learn the tools and frameworks used across Keyrus's consulting practices

• Participate in personalized training and development sessions

Qualifications / Certifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student, officially authorized to complete an academic internship (práctica)

• Outstanding academic performance

• Intermediate English level, ideally conversationa

• Excellent attitude, proactivity, and ability to integrate into a team

Conditions:

• Availability to complete the internship from any city in Colombia

• Prior exposure to technology, data, or consulting projects (academic or personal)

• Availability and interest in national or international travel as part of the internship experience
