Internship Opportunities – Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort
Begin your hospitality journey with Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort through a structured internship programme designed to provide meaningful exposure to the world of luxury hospitality.
As an intern, you will join one of our operational or administrative departments and gain practical experience while developing your professional skills, service mindset and understanding of hotel operations.
Your internship experience may include:
• Hands-on exposure to key functions within your assigned department
• A structured learning plan aligned with your internship duration and academic requirements
• Guidance and regular feedback from a dedicated Job Coach and departmental leaders
• Exposure to operational, administrative and supervisory responsibilities
• Learning and development activities throughout your internship
• Regular progress discussions and formal performance reviews
• Opportunities to contribute to projects and initiatives within the hotel
Who we are looking for:
• Students currently enrolled in, or recent graduates from, an accredited hospitality management institution
��� Candidates aged 18 years or above
• Individuals with a genuine interest in luxury hospitality and guest service
• Curious, proactive learners who are eager to develop their professional skills
• Team players who demonstrate professionalism, respect and a commitment to learning
Internship placements are typically available for a period of 6 to 12 months, depending on academic requirements, operational needs and available opportunities.
