About this role

Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: Highland Hills, OH – Onsite
Employment Type: Part-Time – Less than 24 hours/week
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT
Duration: Approximately 4 Months
Pay Rate: $32–$35/hr

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and equipment deployment activities. The role will also provide light IT support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle shipping and receiving activities.
  • Manage and maintain inventory.
  • Pack and unpack equipment and boxes.
  • Track shipments and follow up on deliveries.
  • Assist with equipment onboarding and deployment.
  • Handle client equipment and shipping requests.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments under supervision.
  • Provide light IT support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with shipping and receiving in a mid-sized or large-scale environment.
  • Proficiency with shipment tracking software and standard business applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Highland Hills, OH on a part-time schedule.
