Finalizing Cases - Once the documentation is verified, the activity sheet is finalized, cover sheets are generated for each arrest/investigation, and documents are combined in an orderly fashion creating a final packet that is uploaded to the SORRB database and cleared.
Attending Meetings - Investigators attend meetings as instructed by supervisors and are typically held online, although some mandatory meetings are held at the SORRB office.
Attending Trainings - All new hires are required to attend a minimum of one week of in-person training. Training is used to provide the investigator with everything that is needed to provide the Clinical Evaluators with a comprehensive packet of information. There is feedback monthly and then quarterly for the first year, which is a probationary period for employment in this position. After that year, it is expected that an investigator can complete approximately 20 cases a month.
