We are seeking an experienced Senior Investor Relations professional to strengthen the company’s engagement with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other capital-market stakeholders. The role will ensure that all investor communication is accurate, timely, transparent, and aligned with the company’s long-term value-creation strategy.
The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting, financial analysis, and capital-markets knowledge with the ability to build credible, long-term relationships with investors and analysts. The role requires maturity, sound judgment, strong preparation, responsiveness, and the ability to represent the organization effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Investor & Analyst Relations
- Own the Investor Relations calendar, outreach strategy, and market engagement plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, fund managers, shareholders, and other capital-market stakeholders.
- Coordinate investor meetings, analyst interactions, conferences, earnings calls, and management meetings.
- Provide senior leadership with insights into investor perception, analyst feedback, valuation trends, and market expectations.
- Ensure timely responses, disciplined follow-ups, and accurate documentation of investor interactions.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's financial performance, business model, and key operating drivers.
- Analyse P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, working capital, and key financial ratios.
- Prepare budget-vs-actual, year-on-year, and period-on-period variance analyses.
- Work closely with Finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information shared externally.
- Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial communication materials.
Market Intelligence
- Track analyst reports, peer performance, industry developments, ownership patterns, and investor sentiment.
- Prepare reports covering valuation multiples, peer benchmarking, analyst estimates, shareholding trends, and market developments.
- Provide regular market intelligence and actionable insights to Promoters and senior leadership.
Compliance & Strategic Support
- Coordinate with Finance, Secretarial, and Legal teams on SEBI, Stock Exchange, and disclosure requirements.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, audit trails, and confidentiality of unpublished price-sensitive information.
- Support Board presentations, management reviews, and strategic financial-analysis assignments.
- Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Support to Sales & Business Teams
- Provide Sales teams with relevant financial and business updates on key listed clients.
- Track quarterly and annual results, revenue trends, profitability, investments, expansions, and other significant developments.
- Prepare concise client briefs covering financial performance, ownership, market position, growth priorities, and key business challenges.
- Identify developments that may create potential business, partnership, or advertising opportunities.
- Support senior client meetings with relevant financial insights, industry context, and discussion points.
Media & Investor Communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant business and financial media.
- Prepare earnings presentations, financial releases, management scripts, FAQs, investor updates, and conference-call materials.
- Manage and maintain the Investor Relations website and ensure timely publication of results, presentations, annual reports, and required disclosures.
- Maintain an updated investor, analyst, and stakeholder database.
Qualification & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related functions.
- Prior experience working with a listed company is mandatory.
- Experience managing quarterly results, investor presentations, earnings calls, annual reports, and analyst interactions.
- Proven ability to engage with Promoters, institutional investors, equity analysts, fund managers, and senior leadership.
- Strong accounting and financial-analysis expertise is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and stakeholder-management ability.
