Deine zukünftige Rolle.

• Du agierst im Team als Technical Application Owner für einen Teil unserer IT-Applikationen
• Du betreust interne IT-Applikationen und erstellst Reports
• Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Fachabteilungen bei IT-Anfragen im laufenden Betrieb
• Du koordinierst Incidents und Service Requests zwischen Fachabteilungen und den Entwicklungsteams (lokal/internat.)
• Du analysierst kleinere Anforderungen und erarbeitest Vorschläge für Verbesserungen
• Du unterstützt unsere Architekten und IT-Security Teams beim Monitoring unserer Applikationen

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

• Du  hast eine technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni)
• Du hast bereits 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen
• Gute SQL Query Kenntnisse und Basis-Programmierkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Du hast eine selbständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Du hast eine hohe Team-, Service- und Lösungsorientierung
• Du kennst ITIL und ITSM-Prozesse und hast Erfahrung mit gängigen Ticketing Systemen (e.g. Jira, Unity, etc.)

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 3.000,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
