IT Enabled Service Lead

Job Summary:- Our client from a manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and proactive ITES Lead to oversee the enhancement and support of SAP-based systems across their operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and extending the use of SAP solutions, ensuring smooth integration across production, procurement, inventory, finance, and HR functions. Responsibilities:- Lead the customization, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules (Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales, Finance, HR & Payroll) aligned with manufacturing workflows. Analyze business and production processes to identify and implement SAP-driven automation and efficiency improvements. Integrate SAP with in-house applications, data analytics tools, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Manage data migration, system updates, and ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility across departments. Troubleshoot system errors, resolve transaction issues, and maintain high system uptime with regular audits and controls. Conduct end-user training and develop manuals to improve SAP adoption and ensure effective usage across all departments. Monitor compliance of SAP processes with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement by assessing SAP updates and recommending enhancements for better decision-making and operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP capabilities with strategic business goals and reporting needs. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record in SAP implementation, upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong proficiency in SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, and HR. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based ERP systems is highly desirable. Experience with system integration, process automation, and supply chain optimization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and resolve complex operational challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively. Ability to ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
