Your Role:
As an IT Infra Specialist, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT infrastructure support to global and local users while ensuring high service quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for end-user support, device lifecycle management, infrastructure troubleshooting, workplace technology, and digital enablement initiatives.
Join our Global Service Center team and contribute to delivering reliable, efficient, and customer-focused IT services that support Vanderlande's global operations.
What you will do/Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and workplace technologies.
Monitor and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution in line with defined SLAs.
Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
Provide end-user support for Windows 11, Office 365, Outlook, Active Directory, VMware basics, and mobile devices.
Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities.
Collaborate within the Global Service Center and escalate issues when required.
Manage onboarding and offboarding IT activities.
Prepare laptops and workstations for new employees.
Maintain hardware inventory and webshop assignments.
Ensure meeting room technology and connectivity remain fully operational.
Support local IT setups for town halls and business events.
Monitor hardware lifecycle and maintain computing and storage environments.
Share technical knowledge and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to digital enablement initiatives by piloting new tools and promoting adoption.
Assist in planning and delivering digital events and training sessions.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Support Microsoft Power Platform initiatives where applicable.
What you bring:
Around 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Support.
Experience working within IT Service Management environments while meeting SLA targets.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows 11
Microsoft Office 365
Outlook
Active Directory
VMware (basic administration)
Mobile device support
Experience troubleshooting:
Desktop and laptop hardware
Printers and peripherals
Software installations and configurations
Network connectivity issues
Knowledge of:
Storage and computing infrastructure
Digital workplace platforms
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform is desirable.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within global support teams.
Willingness to work flexible and rotational 24x7 shifts.
Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, VMware, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
