IT Manager
About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance its IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
Ensure system security, backups, compliance, and business continuity.
Oversee IT operations, vendor relationships, and technical support.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2–3 years' experience in an IT management or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 is considered an advantage.
