IT Manager

Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of IT Manager in Belize. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail – Home, Consumer Electronics & Home Improvement sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Manage overall IT infrastructure across retail operations. Maintain POS, ERP, networking and server environments. Ensure uninterrupted operation of retail technology systems. Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support. Implement IT security and backup procedures. Troubleshoot technical issues across stores. Lead and mentor the IT support team. Plan and execute technology upgrades and improvements. Required Skills IT Infrastructure Management – managing enterprise IT environments. POS & Retail Systems – supporting store operations. Network Administration – LAN/WAN, connectivity and security. ERP Systems – implementation and maintenance. Vendor & Team Management – coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience in large-format home or consumer electronics retail. IT security and disaster recovery planning. Project management and system implementation. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in similar retail environments dealing with electronics, appliances and home improvement products. Experience with brands such as Jumbo, Eros, DG Sharaf, Croma, Vijay Sales, ACE Hardware or IKEA is preferred.
