IT operator

Job Responsibility: • Provide daily support for activities • Manage Service system activities on daily basis • Manage & Following on IT requests, Calls and Emails. • Analyze & Provide Solutions and troubleshooting to any hardware Problems • Continuous monitoring of Antivirus notifications with proper response • Managing IT assets • Managing Network Printers and central printers. • Manage Workstation & vulnerabilities batches through End point Manage Engine • Manage AD through AD Manager plus (Creating Attributes, Moving Ous, Manage Ous.) • Provide Technical assistance and identifying Solutions & keeping up with development & knowledge in the Hardware. Requirements Qualifications: • Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Higher in computer science or a related field. • Minimum Work Experience: Min of 10+ years of experience • Level of English:Excellent in reading and writing.
