IT PMO & ANALYST (IT GOVERNANCE, RISKS and STRATEGY)

Responsibility: • Experience in designing, developing, executing, and improving policies, processes and supporting documentation in alignment with best practices and frameworks. • Ability to use any project management tools and suggest improvements and enhancements. • Demonstrated experience in conducting business analysis and translating business requirements such as features prioritization, enhancements, and system integrations into functional and technical specifications. • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in formulating IT objectives and developing effective techniques for deriving these objectives. • Deep understanding of internal and external auditing techniques including audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, control tracking, and remediation activities. • Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management methodologies, frameworks, and principles to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, test and report on risks and controls. • Experience in IT process improvement, leveraging frameworks methodologies. • Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. • Demonstrated ability to effectively participate in a multi-cultural and multi-national workforce. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with refined presentation skills and the ability to work with contractors and other departments at varying levels of management. • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • The ability to work with minimal supervision and consistently deliver results required. • Ability to analyze KPIs and suggest improvements. • Review and amend RFPs before begin issued. • Coordinating with project managers assuring smooth executions of projects. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field. Minimum Work Experience: Min of 6+ years of experience. Fluent in both English and Arabic.
