  • Experience managing project budgets, estimates, and cost control activities.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good English and Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.

What we offer:

  • Great opportunities for professional growth in a strong and rapidly expanding global company.
  • Meaningful work on innovative cross-product digital solutions.
  • Dynamic work environment and collaboration with experienced professionals from different business areas.
  • Opportunity to contribute to projects that have a direct impact on Teltonika's digital ecosystem.
  • Hybrid work opportunities and flexibility to support work-life balance.
  • Health insurance package.
  • Company-sponsored sports activities and wellness initiatives.
  • Team-building events, celebrations, and company-wide gatherings.
  • Employee referral program with attractive bonuses.
  • Gifts and recognition on birthdays and work anniversaries.
