About the Role

Report to: Senior Manager, IT Security & Asset Management
Location: Hochiminh City
Function: Customer Office and Information Technology | Department: IT Security & Asset Management
Type: Individual Contributor

THE OPPORTUNITY: 

We are looking for an IT Security Operation, Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing and managing enterprise-level security and compliance controls who are responsible for Operation Security mainly work with Group Security and Local IT Infra team with regards to Network, Infrastructure (both Cloud and on Premise), and Incident Response. The scope involves proactive monitoring, vulnerability remediation, privileged access, configuration management, and security guidance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Security Vulnerability management (30%): to ensure AIAVN infrastructure is free of high-risk security gaps.

  • Create and drive proactive monitoring and reporting for endpoint and system health including, patching, compliance, and other performance metrics.

  • Manage vulnerability remediation and incident handling across global resources.

2. Security Operation process (40%): to ensure IT processes are following Group guideline.

  • Maintain the day-to-day operations of privileged access and configuration management platforms including application deployment and settings.

  • Manage the Security Configuration request including Firewall, Proxy, Active Directory exception request from Application and End users.

  • Effectively provide general information security guidance & technology support to the business

  • Provides project support related tasks to integrate security platforms ongoing tuning support for existing technology.

3. Security Tool Integration (20%): to ensure AIAVN infrastructure is integrated with AIA Group Security tools.

  • Implement new security technologies as required to support a dynamic/challenging business environment.

  • Identify operational opportunities to implement security orchestration and automation capabilities.

  • Integrate with other internal systems and tools.

  • Work proficiently with minimal daily guidance.

4. Security Incident Response (10%): to ensure that all security incidents are properly handled.

  • Follow documented workflows and procedures during information security incident response and remediation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years leadership experience, with an IT Security focused role.

  • Experience executing in a cloud first technology organization.

  • Experience evaluating risk and assigning risk ranking or ratings

  • Familiar with security controls or concepts related to various security community groups or standards: CISSP Domains, NIST cybersecurity & privacy frameworks, CIS benchmarks, OSI model

  • Proven experience within Incident Response situations and demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential information in a professional manner.

  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be capable of understanding, documenting, communicating, and presenting technical issues in a non-technical manner to audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise.

  • Be a team player and enjoy collaborating on cross-functional teams

  • Familiar with compliance and privacy regulations such as PCI, GDPR, CCPA, SOX, and other regulations/standards

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
