Our janitorial team plays a vital role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, and we are searching for a candidate who can contribute to our continued success. 

Key Responsibilities 

As a Janitor at nVent Management Company, you will be responsible for: 

  • Assisting with handling returns and ensuring accurate procedures are strictly followed. 

  • Operating industrial scrubbers and other cleaning equipment efficiently and safely. 

  • Sorting and separating corrugated materials for compacting and disposal. 

  • Sweeping and mopping floors to ensure cleanliness and prevent hazards. 

  • Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste including picking up and disposing of any litter or debris in accordance with company policies. 

  • Performing cleaning duties, to maintain a sanitary and tidy environment, including picking up and disposing of any litter or debris in all areas of the facility. 

What We Are Looking For 

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in a janitorial or maintenance role is preferred but not required. 

  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely. 

  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a clean and safe environment. 

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 

  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects. 

  • A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
