We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned areas. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning. Clean and polish elevators daily, ensuring mirrors and surfaces remain spotless. Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning when required. Monitor cleaning and maintenance supply levels and inform Supervisor when replenishment is needed. As applicable, clean and sanitize restrooms including: Sweeping and mopping floors. Refilling dispensers (hand towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly. Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or deficiencies to Supervisor. Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm Salary: $20-$21 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE LAKE WORTH/GREENACRES AREA.
