Java Developer / Scrum Master

Our client in the healthcare sector is seeking a Java Developer with Scrum Master experience to join an Agile delivery team responsible for high-volume communication systems (mail, SMS, document flows). The environment manages enterprise-scale communication platforms and requires upgrades, legacy system decommissioning, and coordinated testing across multiple business domains. The role is a hybrid function combining Scrum facilitation and hands-on Java development. Requirements · Coach and facilitate Agile ceremonies. · Ensure structured sprint delivery and quality output. · Develop Java-based enterprise applications. · Implement and maintain unit-tested solutions. · Collaborate with analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams. · Support testing and deployment activities. · Contribute to technical design and documentation. Required Skills & Expertise Must Have · Strong Java development experience (Java 8+) · REST & SOAP webservices · SQL · Experience in Agile/Scrum environment · Jenkins & CI/CD exposure · OpenShift · Git · Maven · Dutch or French fluency + English Should Have · Quarkus · JSP · EJB · SOA architecture exposure · WebLogic · XML/XSD · Nexus · Experience in enterprise-class systems Nice to Have · OutSystems knowledge · Experience in healthcare sector · Strong facilitation / coaching experience as Scrum Master
