Yellowstone Local is looking for qualified Journeyman Plumbers for current and upcoming opportunities with leading mechanical and plumbing companies in the College Station, TX area.

Your New Role

  • Work in College Station, TX, and surrounding service areas depending on the opportunity

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems and equipment

  • Diagnose plumbing problems and determine effective repair solutions

  • Perform plumbing service, preventative maintenance, new installations, and renovation work as assigned

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schematics, and project documentation

  • Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment safely and effectively

  • Complete work orders and required service or project documentation accurately

  • Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, project managers, and other trades

  • Follow applicable plumbing codes, jobsite procedures, and employer safety requirements

  • Maintain required plumbing licenses and continuing education

  • Work independently when appropriate while coordinating effectively with project and service teams

  • Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License and demonstrated professional plumbing experience; commercial plumbing experience preferred based on the opportunity

  • Hands-on experience installing, servicing, maintaining, or repairing plumbing systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems and identify appropriate repairs

  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and related technical documentation

  • Working knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, materials, and safe work practices

  • Ability to use standard plumbing hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

  • Ability to perform the essential physical functions of plumbing work, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to work in indoor, outdoor, and active construction or service environments as required by the opportunity

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record when driving is an essential function of the specific position

  • Strong communication, reliability, and professional customer-service skills

  • Additional certifications or qualifications may be required depending on the employer and specific opportunity
