Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical IT Operations Associate to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine interest in technology.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day IT operations, assist users with technical issues, and contribute to maintaining a reliable and efficient technology environment. While prior hands-on experience is beneficial, we place greater value on learning agility, adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to leverage modern tools and resources, including AI-powered platforms, to solve problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Operations
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and business applications.
• Assist with user onboarding, device setup, and account-related requests.
• Maintain IT asset records and basic documentation.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution
• Investigate technical issues using structured troubleshooting approaches.
• Identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues.
Technology & AI Utilization
• Utilize AI-powered tools and modern research techniques to improve troubleshooting efficiency and productivity.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends, tools, and industry developments.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
• Work closely with team members to support ongoing IT initiatives.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new technologies and systems.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and documentation activities.
