JR. Project Manager - Sector Financiero

Must-Have Skills:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of project management frameworks:

  • PMI / PMBOK (conceptual understanding)
  • Agile (Scrum)

• Experience managing:

  • Scope, time, and cost
  • Project planning and tracking

• Understanding of software delivery lifecycle phases

• Experience tracking:

  • Timelines
  • Dependencies
  • Risks and issues

• Strong delivery mindset and focus on deadlines

• Ownership and accountability over tasks and deliverables

• Proactive attitude (self-driven, doesn’t wait for instructions)

• Experience coordinating across teams

• Tools:

  • Excel (tracking & reporting)
  • PowerPoint (status decks)
  • Jira / ServiceNow (basic knowledge)
  • MS Teams / Outlook
  • Copilot (preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Certifications:

  • CAPM (highly preferred)
  • Scrum (CSM / PSM I)

• Financial services experience:

  • Banking environments
  • Core banking systems
  • Regulatory systems

• Basic knowledge of:

  • Compliance
  • Controls / audit

• Stronger Agile exposure:

  • Active participation in ceremonies
  • Sprint planning, dailies, retrospectives

• Experience as:

  • Scrum Master proxy
  • Squad coordinator
