Junior Accountant

Our client, in the manufacturing and production sector, seeks dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountants to join their finance team. The ideal candidates will support day-to-day financial operations through tasks such as data entry, debt collection, stock control, and branch reconciliations. Responsibilities: Accurately and promptly enter financial transactions into the system Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments and collections Monitor and control stock records to ensure accuracy Perform branch reconciliations to support financial integrity Assist in the preparation of financial reports and required documentation Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and regulatory standards Provide general support to the finance team on related assignments Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills will be considered) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commonly used accounting software Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail Effective communication abilities, especially for debt follow-ups The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
