The position aims to support the DACH region financial units of the group focusing on the area of Accounts Receivable. As a vital part of optimizing and integrating financial processes into the TAKKT Competence Center Budapest, you will have a role in support AR tasks and processes within the global transition project. This requires close cooperation with members of other local financial organizations and the Budapest on-site AR process manager.
Where You Make An Impact
Cash application for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region
Posting customer payments (matching payments with invoices, requesting remittance advice)
Investigate and resolve unidentified payments
Processing customer refunds
Support Bank reconciliation
Preparing journal entries
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit
Secondary or higher education in finance or a related field, or a strong interest in the profession and the field of finance.
Excel knowlegde
Fluent English communication skills, German language knowledge is a nice to have
Analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing environment
Able to work in team
Experience with any kind of booking or ERP system is an advantage
