About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance team in Monaco on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone seeking to develop their career in Compliance, providing hands-on exposure to client due diligence (CDD), compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and policy management. The successful candidate will support the delivery of key compliance activities, helping to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards while gaining valuable experience within an international private wealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of compliance registers, reports and documentation

  • Assist with compliance monitoring activities, data collection and reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up to date compliance documentation and records

  • Support the completion of compliance monitoring activities and reviews

  • Assist with client due diligence (CDD) and screening tasks

  • Follow procedures and meet agreed timelines for deliverables

  • Ensure work meets internal standards of quality and accuracy

  • Engage in on the job learning and internal training to build technical knowledge

  • Contribute ideas to improve compliance accuracy and process efficiency

Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Higher education or equivalent

  • Interest in developing a career in compliance, governance or risk management

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting operational committees or governance forums

  • Experience within a multi-jurisdictional organisation

  • Knowledge of business continuity processes and governance frameworks

  • Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives or project
