The Junior EHS Engineer supports Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, and Fire Protection activities at the plant. The role provides administrative and operational support in maintaining EHS documentation, implementing EHS programs, and monitoring workplace compliance. Through continuous learning and development, the Junior EHS Engineer contributes to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace in accordance with legal requirements and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Maintain and update EHS records in line with legal and company requirements
Support the implementation of EHS procedures, wellbeing programs, and company standards
Assist in risk assessments, hazard identification, and corrective action follow-up
Support and conduct employee training in occupational health & safety, environmental protection, and fire safety
Support PPE administration and maintain related records
Participate in waste management activities and documentation
Coordinate and track employee medical examinations
Conduct workplace inspections and monitor compliance with EHS requirements
Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and external stakeholders to improve EHS performance
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, internal procedures, and EHS standards
Our requirements:
VI or VII degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Protection or a related technical field
Previous experience in EHS, Environmental Protection, manufacturing environment, or internships would be considered an advantage
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection regulations is considered an advantage
Understanding ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is an advantage
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Proactive and responsible approach to work
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
