Junior Legal Counsel

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts for HR and business development. Fluent English and the ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters concurrently are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and operational contracts.
Manage corporate legal documents and compliance records
Conduct legal research and provide analysis.
Identify and calculate potential business risks.
Oversee external counsel relationships.
Requirements:
